The taste of this is terrible and has ruined everything I’ve tried to mix it with. I can’t say that it even works. I was mixing it into my morning protein shakes and stomaching it and I didn’t notice anything come from that so I stopped taking it and now I have a bunch of jars and packets sitting that I don’t know what to do with.
